Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are strictly final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.
No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on any research compounds under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of condition.
No Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and the order has entered processing. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Items
If we ship you an incorrect item that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the error and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Lost Shipments
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier and tracking shows no delivery, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim and reship as appropriate.
Buyer Responsibility
By completing a purchase you confirm you have reviewed your order, understand the no-return policy, and accept full responsibility for the compounds ordered and their intended research use.
